Getting started with Kelly
Kelly is an AI assistant for real estate photographers — she answers schedule questions, books shoots, tracks revenue, and runs daily automations against your Aryeo or HDPhotoHub account and Dropbox. Here's the five-minute setup.

Create your account
Sign up at kelly-hq.com/login and confirm your email. The confirmation email comes from kelly@kelly-hq.com — check your spam folder the first time if you don't see it within a minute.

Say hi
Your first chat, Kelly will offer to walk you through setup herself — she'll ask a couple of questions about how you work and guide you through the steps below. You can skip that and do it manually anytime.

Connect Aryeo

Turn on automations

Your timezone is detected automatically when you first sign in — if your business runs in a different zone than your computer, fix it at Settings → General. Every time Kelly shows you is in that timezone.
Things to try asking Kelly
- “What's on my schedule today?”
- “When is [client name]'s next shoot?”
- “How much revenue did we do last week?”
- “Book a shoot for [client] at [address] next Tuesday at 10am” — Kelly checks availability and confirms everything before creating the order.
