Automations
These run on their own schedule while you're out shooting. Both need your platform (Aryeo or HDPhotoHub) and Dropbox connected. Configure them at Settings → Automations — or just tell Kelly what you want in chat.
Daily media delivery
Every morning, Kelly finds yesterday's shoots on your platform, locates each one's Dropbox folder, and emails labeled share links to your editor in one tidy message — by default a link each for the Final and Unedited subfolders (you can add others, like Twilights). Shoots without those subfolders get one link to the whole folder. Skipped days get caught up automatically — a Monday run covers the whole weekend.

Enter your editor's email
Settings → Automations → Daily media delivery. The editor email is the only required field; you can CC yourself too.

Pick when it sends
Choose a send time and which days to skip. If your Dropbox folders aren't named after the street address, set the folder-naming template — placeholders like {street}, {client}, and {date} are filled per shoot.

Make it sound like you
The instructions box lets you shape the email's prose — “greet him as Hey Marcus, keep it casual” — and Kelly writes it fresh each day. Leave it blank for a clean standard format.

Turn it on and test
Click Turn on, then Run now to send a real test email immediately — it re-delivers yesterday's shoots so there's always something to look at.
Shoot folder prep
Each morning before you head out, Kelly creates a Dropbox folder for every shoot on today's schedule, with your standard subfolders (like Final and Unedited) already inside.

Choose where folders go
Settings → Automations → Shoot folder prep. The parent folder supports date placeholders for monthly structures — e.g. /Projects/{year}/{month_name} becomes /Projects/2026/July.

Match the naming to media delivery
Keep the folder-naming template identical in both automations so the evening delivery finds the folders the morning prep created.

Turn it on and test
Run now creates today's folders immediately. Running twice is safe — existing folders are left alone, never duplicated.
Auto photo edits
Drop photos into a Virtual Twilight or Green Grass subfolder inside a shoot's project folder, and Kelly edits them automatically at your chosen time — finished photos land in a done folder next to the originals, so nothing is ever edited twice.

Adopt the folder convention
Inside each shoot's Dropbox folder, add a subfolder named after the edit you want (“Virtual Twilight” or “Green Grass”) and put the photos to edit in it. Tip: add these to your Shoot folder prep subfolder list and they're created for you every morning.

Choose which day's shoots to check
Settings → Automations → Auto photo edits. Most photographers check yesterday's shoots — shoot, upload in the evening, edits ready next morning.

Know the safety net
Each generated photo has a cost, so a folder holding more photos than your per-folder limit (15 by default) is skipped and Kelly emails you instead — a mislabeled folder can't turn into a surprise bill. Tune the edit styles and run one-off batches any time from the Editing page in the sidebar.
Everything here is also conversational: “change my delivery email to 6am”, “skip Sundays”, “add a Raw subfolder to my folder prep”, “only auto-edit twilights”. Kelly confirms before changing anything.
