Connect Google Calendar
Connecting your Google Calendar lets Kelly answer calendar questions, create events and time blocks, and — if you use HDPhotoHub with its Google Calendar sync — reschedule your shoot appointments by moving their calendar events. One click, no keys to copy.

Open Settings → Integrations
In Kelly, open Settings → Integrations (Settings is at the bottom of the chat sidebar) and click Connect Google Calendar on the Google Calendar card.

Pick your Google account and approve
Choose the Google account whose calendar you use for work. If Google shows a “Google hasn't verified this app” screen, that's expected while Kelly is in beta — click Advanced, then Continue. On the permissions screen, leave the calendar checkboxes checked and click Continue — you'll land back in Kelly's Settings with a “Google Calendar connected” confirmation.

Test it
Ask Kelly: “What's on my calendar this week?” or “Block off Friday from 2 to 4.”
HDPhotoHub users: if your HDPhotoHub account syncs appointments to this same Google Calendar, you can ask Kelly to reschedule a shoot — she moves its calendar event and HDPhotoHub picks up the new time automatically. Kelly never edits an appointment's details or deletes appointment events, and no notification is sent to your client when a time changes. You can disconnect anytime from the same Settings card.
